I bought a hat on the 2nd. Today is the 13th of february and ive yet to receive my hat and usps said you guys still havent given them my hat to mail.
I still havent received any response back from your Customer Service email. I havent got a response back from my facebook posts to your official page as well.
Im trying every way possible to get a response from anyone and I’m losing my patience.
If you can PLEASE help.
I’m not just going to forget my hat or the money you guys took out for the hat.
